A lot of online marketers keep asking us how to focus, because they are busy with work and are unable to sit through an online training video.
One of the basic concentration building exercises mentioned in the various meditation apps is: Focus on the breath.
Focus on the one small area near your nostrils, and observe what it feels like when you breathe in, and when you breathe out.
Be aware of the coolness and the warmth.
Be aware also each time your mind wanders.
That’s perfectly all right. Just gently go back to focusing on the breath.
You know you’re doing the exercise correctly when you become aware of how your mind wandered off.
